Ascend is an intimate transformational leadership journey for women who have achieved a lot, yet feel a quiet pull for a life that feels more aligned, more spacious, more alive.
You’re not satisfied with the status quo, performing competence, or doing things according to someone else’s script. You might not be in crisis, but somewhere beneath the success, there’s a longing for more alignment, more joy, deeper resonance — and a way of leading your life that feels like its yours.

Over six months, we will gather in a small, committed group — building depth, trust, and connection.
Through powerful practices, learning, reflection, and being deeply witnessed, you’ll develop a grounded sense of confidence in your vision and path, reconnecting with your inner wisdom and learning to lead from clarity rather than effort or stress.
The journey culminates in an in-person retreat, offering embodied integration that only happens when we come together to do deep work, fully present and open to change.

A one-day kickoff retreat in Montreal to powerfully launch, equip you with new tools and bring the group together
Ten virtual group sessions, where you’ll dismantle old patterns, build embodied confidence, and practice new ways of leading yourself and others
Three individual coaching calls with LJ for personalized guidance and integration

Lauren Jane Heller (LJ) is a transformational coach, teacher and author, co-founder of Sangha and founder of Shine+ Leadership. Her work is devoted to helping people remember their power, reclaim their presence, and lead lives rooted in truth and possibility.
Drawing from over 20 years in communications, leadership, and the startup world — alongside deep spiritual training — LJ creates spaces of depth, clarity, and belonging. She is known for her ability to hold both ambition and soul, supporting individuals and groups to move forward with trust, coherence, and embodied leadership.

Women who are ready to confront their perceived limits in a supportive environment and unleash their wildest selves, dreams and vision in the world. Women who want to do the work of their hearts and souls, who have come to that tipping point—maybe it's burnout, maybe it's a breakup, maybe it's the feeling that you have so much more to offer and accomplish, maybe it's the recognition that you're doing too much for others and abandoning yourself. Women who want to grow in their careers, their relationships, their impact and shift from feeling like life is happening to you, to life is what you're making it.
We select the group participants with an eye to both synergy and growth potential. All of the women who come to these programs are incredible and powerful in their own rights. One of the best things about this work is that we get to be mirrors for each other. Typical participants are women who have hit a ceiling in their current success and are looking for their next level, whether that's career growth, launching a new business or expanding into love and motherhood.
Once the program starts, you will be invited to join our Resource Library which contains readings, practices and exercises for you to work with between our sessions.
Our kickoff will take place at our studio in Montreal on Sunday, September 26.
The biweekly sessions will take place on Zoom between October and February 2027.
Our final retreat will be in Quebec or Ontario (within a 2-3 hour drive of Montreal) on the weekend of January 29-31.
We will meet in person for one day at the beginning and 3 days toward the end of the program, plus we will gather on Zoom for 2 hours ten times over six months.
In addition to the in-person retreats and group calls, there are readings and other practices assigned. Expect to spend a few hours a week, at a minimum, to make lasting changes to your life through this work.
You will also have three calls with LJ and regular 1-on-1 calls with your sisters from the program.
This experience is most powerful when the practices are woven into your daily life, rather than approached as homework.
Many participants expense their program fees as leadership development, as companies often have budgets allocated for this. Business owners and sole proprietors may also deduct the fees as a business expense.
This program is designed for women who are ready to fully engage. We understand the many demands on your time and resources, so we offer flexible payment plans and tiered pricing based on your current situation. When you commit to this work with an open mind and heart, transformation can happen remarkably quickly. Many women in past programs have experienced profound breakthroughs, made major life decisions, and shifted their mindset in just a few days. For others, visible changes unfold more gradually. This program is about long-term transformation—there’s no set timeline for creating success on your own terms. A key part of the process is trust: in yourself, in the journey, and in the women who will hold and support you in this group.
